Ski School Office Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Ski School Office Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting international guests
  • Selling and booking ski and snowboard lessons
  • Customer service by phone and at the reception desk
  • Administrative and organizational office tasks
  • Supporting our ski instructor team

 

Your profile:

  • Excellent German, Italian, and English language skills
  • Friendly and customer-oriented personality
  • Well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good computer skills
  • Previous experience in tourism or office administration is an advantage

Childcare Assistant (m/f/d)

Do you love working with children and want to become part of a motivated team in a breathtaking winter destination? Then we'd love to hear from you!


Your Responsibilities

  • Providing loving and attentive care for our youngest guests
  • Assisting our ski instructors during ski lessons
  • Accompanying children before, during, and after their ski lessons
  • Organizing fun games, arts & crafts, and recreational activities
  • Helping with the organization of the children's area
  • Creating a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for all children


Your Profile

  • Enjoy working with children
  • Friendly, patient, and responsible personality
  • Team player with a reliable work ethic
  • Good knowledge of German; Italian and English are an advantage
  • Experience in childcare or an educational background is an advantage, but not required

Your responsibilities

  • Teaching ski and snowboard lessons for children, teenagers and adults
  • Looking after and supporting our international guests
  • Teaching technique, safety and the enjoyment of winter sports
  • Adapting lessons to the ability level of participants
  • Helping to ensure smooth organisation of courses
  • - Working closely with the entire ski school team

 

Your profile

  • Completed training as a Ski and/or Snowboard Instructor at the highest national or international level, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Passion for skiing and snowboarding
  • Enjoy teaching and working with people
  • Responsible, reliable and team-oriented personality
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Good knowledge of German, Italian and/or English is an advantage
